And no the ‘pill’ is not the only answer to bringing balance to our hormones. We forget our deep sensitive yet powerful feminine nature and quite often we just need to bring ourselves back into synchronicity with our natural cycles. It’s time to gently learn about our own uniqueness and harmonise with our cycles the way nature intended.
In this workshop we will look at the various types of menstrual flows from an Ayurvedic perspective and understand how to align with the changing phases of the monthly cycle. We will do a deep dive to identify how the doshas, digestion, sleep, diet and the moon influences our menstrual cycle and hormones. We will focus on learning how to create more harmony in our day to day lives.
